Estrela d'Alva Tours is an incoming agency which has as its founder Filomena Farinha, who has a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul, in Brazil and has obtained recognition of her academic qualifications at degree level from the University of the Azores, in Portugal.
